Gorgeous sapphire & old cut diamond crossover ring.
This Edwardian ring is hand crafted in 18ct gold & platinum.
The beautiful Sapphire is flanked by two wonderful old brilliant cut diamonds in an elegant twist.
They are within attractive asymmetric shoulders each set with three accent diamonds with pretty millegrain edging.
The principle diamonds are around 3.3mm each. The total diamond weight is about 0.40 carat.
They are claw set in platinum that frames them beautifully.
They are very clear, bright & firey. Colour H, clarity VSI.
The Kaskmire blue sapphire is 5.5mm that’s about 3/4 carat
The three stones are 13mm across & they stand 4.8mm proud of the shank.
The shank is stamped 18 ct & PLAT. It weighs 3 grams.
This ring dates to the Edwardian / Art Deco period.
The size is size N 1/2 (UK), 7 (USA) it would easily re size.
This antique ring is in good vintage condition (see condition notes)
