These opal earrings are gorgeous
Beautifully designed with a teardrop opal surrounded by a further 11 round opals
The prominently blue opals are all collet set in 9ct gold with 9 carat gold shepherds hooks
These earrings look so pretty when worn
- Earrings are 3.5cm (1.1/4”) long including Shepperd’s hooks and 11mm wide
- Principle opal 8.5mm x 7mm
- Hooks hallmarked Birmingham 9ct gold
- Back of earring stamped 375 with makers initials GJ
- They date to circa 1950s
