Gorgeous 18 Carat gold sapphire & diamond trilogy ring

Set to the centre with a sky blue sapphire with a sparkling old Swiss cut diamond to each side

The stones are collet set in platinum with attractive millegrain detail. They are in an elegant asymmetric setting
