Gorgeous 18 carat white gold sapphire & diamond cluster ring

Set to the centre with a beautiful medium blue cabochon sapphire

It is surrounded by a 16 fabulous sparkling brilliant cut diamonds

The diamonds are set in platinum to great effect.

It has elegant trifurcated shoulders set with a further 18 diamonds
